Are you a Site Engineer looking for a new temporary assignment in the civil engineering sector? PS Resourcing is delighted to be working with with a nationally recognised construction company who partner with the UK’s leading infrastructure solution providers, solving environmental and sustainability challenges for nationally recognised companies, local authorities, and government organisations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Accurate setting out
  • As-Builts
  • Quality control, completing ITP checksheets
  • Procurement of materials in a timely manner
  • Management of the short / medium term programme – identify opportunities for betterment
  • Identify potential compensation events and/or early warnings
  • Complete allocation sheets for plant / labour and materials
  • Raising technical queries
  • Management of site operatives
  • Ensuring health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
  • RAMS amendments

What are we looking for?

The successful applicants will have extensive knowledge of Highways and general civils projects, and strong stakeholder management skills when working in a busy environment. As well as:

  • Experience working in civils (especially Highways projects)
  • SMSTS
  • Strong GPS skills
  • Temporary Works Supervisor (Preferable)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
