What youll get up to:
- Leading and supporting front-of-house service across bar and restaurant.
- Delivering consistently warm, professional and informal hospitality.
- Maintaining service standards across a quality-led, tasting-menu environment.
- Supporting rotas, labour awareness and day-to-day operations.
- Acting as a trusted point of leadership during service.
- Helping develop, mentor and motivate the team.
- Upholding the values, culture and sustainability ethos of the business.
