In this diverse and hands-on role, you will report directly to the Finance Director and be responsible for preparing and reviewing management accounts, performing variance analysis, contributing to stock valuations, overseeing payroll, and delivering accurate month-end financial reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet). You'll play a vital part in driving financial visibility and supporting strategic decisions across the business.

The Role

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to support operational and financial planning

• Analyse production costs, variances, and margins, highlighting areas for cost control and process improvement

• Support stock valuation processes and oversee the full payroll cycle

• Take ownership of month-end financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reporting

• Financial Controller or similar
