Job Description
Air Conditioning Engineers play a key role in this service delivery, providing air conditioning-focused building services maintenance across a range of client properties within a designated region.
With a strong emphasis on quality and reliability, the role involves fault diagnosis, reactive and planned maintenance, installations, and repairs, all with a clear bias towards air conditioning systems.
This is a role that requires flexibility, a proactive approach, and a strong commitment to health and safety compliance. Whether responding to urgent issues or carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), the Air Conditioning Engineer ensures high service standards are consistently upheld.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out AC/HVAC-biased PPM, reactive and proactive maintenance within SLA
- Handle additional building services tasks: HVAC, mechanical, and fabric-related works
- Participate in callout rota, responding to client needs as required
- Perform AC installations and repairs, including basic electrical fault finding
- Oversee contractors and issue Permits to Work to ensure compliance and quality
- Maintain equipment performance and uphold site standards
- Represent the company professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas) and C&G Level 2/3 in AC/HVAC required
- Strong AC/HVAC maintenance and installation experience
- FM experience and good understanding of H&S standards
