This PE backed business is looking for a management accountant with a front-row seat in a growing UK and European operation.
You'll be the go-to for monthly reporting, budgets, forecasting and variance analysis but this isn't just a reporting role. You'll be involved in acquisitions, integrating new businesses, improving systems, and making sure the numbers stand up to investor scrutiny meaning you're adding value left right and centre.
It's hands-on and high-impact. You'll work on group consolidations, board packs, IFRS compliance and ERP improvements that actually make a difference. You'll need to be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or QBE with solid experience), with good solid understanding of producing management accounts. You'll be working really closely with a hugely experienced FD who will act as your mentor and help develop your skillset.
In return you'll get up to £55,000 DOE, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, hybrid flexibility, and a role that gives you influence, not just workload.
