HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Operations

  • Based either West Midlands, North Yorkshire or Northamptonshire
  • FTC – 15 months+
  • Full time based on site with travel to other sites – travel is required

A UK-based manufacturing group with multiple business units and multiple production sites, with circa 2000 employees and a warm, supportive atmosphere, the business is moving from a reactive HR model to a forward-thinking, functionally aligned People strategy. The Role

Operational HRBP – Location: Northamptonshire, West Midlands, or North Yorkshire

  • IR & ER heavyweight with manufacturing sector experience
  • Skilled in trade union relations including collective consultations & TUPE
  • Strong, confident individual committed to driving change

You will have:

  • Previous experience as a HR Business Partner
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments
  • Able to influence, coach and lead from the front
  • A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic, but happy to roll up your sleeves operationally
  • Excited to shape what “great” looks like in HR
