Salary 60,000 - 65,000 + package

Randstad have partnered with a new house building company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee their housebuilding projects in the Selby/Harrogate/Leeds region. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction development sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest quality of work and customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of a construction development site from start to finish.
  • Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
  • Maintain the highest quality of work and customer service.
  • Manage the construction of new build sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, NHBC standards, building regulations, and quality standards.
  • Undertake quality control procedures and inspections.
  • Attend plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector or NHBC.
  • Deliver a high standard of site presentation.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

Essential:

  • Valid SMSTS qualification.
  • Significant previous experience in a similar role for a new build residential house builder.
  • Valid CSCS card at Site Manager level (or equivalent).
  • Experience of effectively managing teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and building regulations including quality standards.
  • Valid first aid certificate.
  • Full UK driving license.
