As the Nursing Home Manager, you will take a strategic leadership role, ensuring the highest standards of clinical and holistic care are consistently delivered. You will champion innovation, promote independence for residents, and cultivate a warm, caring environment aligned with the organisation's mission and values.
What we're looking for in a Nursing Home Manager:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Health, Social Care, Social Work, Nursing (RGN/RMN), or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' management experience in supported living, domiciliary care or care home setting
- Strong clinical leadership and confident regulatory knowledge (Care Inspectorate or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with care planning, auditing, HRIS, and medication management systems
- Outstanding communication, planning and organisational skills
- A collaborative, ethical, and innovative leader committed to raising sector standards
