Project Manager

Reginald Gray are partnering with a high-end contractor in Hampshire who are seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a genuinely unique opportunity, offering oversight of two separate projects on the same site for a single end-user client, with a further project due to commence nearby.

The role has been created with progression in mind. The successful candidate will initially manage both schemes on site, before stepping into a wider remit overseeing multiple projects — a natural route into a full Contracts Manager position.

The Role:

• Manage two concurrent projects on the same site for a long-standing client
• Oversee programme, quality, health and safety and commercial awareness
• Act as the key point of contact for the client, consultant teams and subcontractors
• Coordinate daily activity across both projects to ensure smooth delivery
• Report directly to senior management and support wider planning for upcoming work
• Opportunity to take on an additional local project, progressing into a Contracts Manager role

About You:

• Experienced Project Manager with a background in high-end commercial or residential construction
• Capable of managing more than one project concurrently
• Strong communication and client-facing ability
• Able to lead site teams, maintain high standards and stay ahead of programme
• Interested in career progression and stepping into a broader operational role
