Julie Rose Recruitmentare looking for a Billing Coordinator to be responsible for processing part of the company’s billing through to getting invoices paid. You will join a close-knit team, with a family orientated feel, where your efforts are recognised and rewarded and an option for AAT training.
Main Duties for the Billings Coordinator:
- Producing invoices daily to send to clients
- Pricing jobs for approval by the Financial Supervisor including marking up on subcontractor invoices and calculating different callout rates depending on hours, type of engineer, etc
- Preparing applications for payment and sending to clients
- Chasing subcontractors for invoices or reports in order to get our invoices to the client in an efficient time frame
- Requesting purchase orders from the client
- Communicating with managers and clients daily to assist with billing queries
- Holding WIP meetings with managers to check on the status of jobs
- Running reports to help with financial meetings
- Understand and learn the Elogbook/Proactis Systems/Dwellant
- To complete the billing to the monthly deadlines
- To produce monthly statements
- To post cash daily on Xero
- Credit control
- To cover billing/credit control when required
Person Specification for the Billings Coordinator:
- Good administration skills
- Confident on the phone
- Good communication skills
- Billing experience
- IT Literate including Microsoft software
