Caretaker/ Mobile Grounds MaintenanceLocation: Covering Sevenoaks£24,761 SalaryMonday-Friday overtime if you requireMust hold a full UK driving licence You will be required to drive to multiple sites and drive a company van which is manual.We are currently recruiting in the Sevenoaks area for an experienced Caretaker/ Grounds Maintenance Operative. We are currently recruiting for someone to help with fire alarm testing, emergency lighting and maintaining surrounding grounds, litter picking and general ground maintenance duties.You will be involved in a number of different roles with a focus on working with the team to maintain the grounds, general garden maintenance and estate work. You will be working as part of a team and be involved in the day-to-day maintenance and care of the grounds. An interest in forestry, horticulture or arboriculture would be desirable and previous experience in fire alarm testing would be ideal. What do you need to do now?
