Do you have a degree is Aviation, Aeronautics, or something similar? Our client, a leader in aeronautics, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join their dynamic Service Sales Team! ??

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSM) to support the International region.
  • Provide essential administrative assistance to the Sales Team.
  • Conduct data and system administration, ensuring smooth operations for RSMs and Proposal Administrators.
  • Prepare Maintenance Proposals using the Maximo System.
  • analyse customer work scopes against Maintenance Planning Documents (iMPD / MPD).
  • Revise proposals based on the latest customer work orders.
  • Expedite work proposals and follow up with RSMs as needed.
  • Provide data support to other departments upon request.

Who We're Looking For: As our ideal candidate, you will have:

  • A keen interest in the aviation sector. �?
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft O365 software suite and a quick adaptability to new programmes.
  • A meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a Sales and/or Marketing environment (preferred).
  • A degree in a relevant field (preferred).
