This small, independent pub company is looking to expand and take on their next venture, so an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Chef to run the kitchen.
The successful Head Chef will have plenty of autonomy over the menus, cooking with fresh ingredients sourced from artisan suppliers in the local area. The menus will change regularly so you can make the most of the seasonal Kent produce. There will also be a well-equipped kitchen, so plenty of opportunity to get creative with the menus.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated Head Chef who has already worked in a similar role within the industry, or you could be a strong Sous Chef looking for his or her first Head Chef position.
You will be a team player, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail to deliver outstanding quality food and service. You will be very proud of your role and want to take the pub to the next level. You will love pleasing people and enjoy building a committed brigade to work alongside you.
As Head Chef you will need excellent leadership skills, a good level of computer literacy, the ability to work under pressure and be an excellent trainer, motivating and mentoring your team.
