A fantastic opportunity in beautiful setting not far from Sevenoaks, Kent. We're looking for a Sous Chef to join a dynamic team, with a unique focus on garden-to-plate cooking and on-site butchery.
- 38,000 salary, plus a generous 5-7k service charge.

As Sous Chef, you'll assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional standards and smooth service. You'll play a key role in creating seasonal menus, showcasing your culinary expertise from preparation to plating.
Sous Chef Responsibilities;
- Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient environment.
- Manage kitchen operations, maintaining hygiene and organisation within the Sevenoaks, Kent location.
- Contribute to menu development, utilising fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with ingredients grown on-site and develop your butchery skills. If you have Previous experience as Chef at Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef Level and are local or willing to relocate to Sevenoaks, Kent, we'd love to hear from you.
