A fantastic opportunity in beautiful setting not far from Sevenoaks, Kent. We're looking for a Sous Chef to join a dynamic team, with a unique focus on garden-to-plate cooking and on-site butchery.

  • 38,000 salary, plus a generous 5-7k service charge.

As Sous Chef, you'll assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional standards and smooth service. You'll play a key role in creating seasonal menus, showcasing your culinary expertise from preparation to plating.

Sous Chef Responsibilities;

  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a positive and efficient environment.
