????? What youll be doing:
- Leading the kitchen team in a busy service when the Head Chef is away
- Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
- Overseeing food quality, prep, presentation, and ensuring spec standards are met
- Helping to manage stock, ordering, GPs and kitchen administration using our Procure Wizard system
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Supporting and developing junior chefs through training and coaching
?? What were looking for:
- A confident, organised chef with experience at Sous level or a strong CDP ready to step up
- Leadership skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure
- A genuine passion for fresh food and consistent quality
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen procedures
