Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
Non-formal lease matters

Note: No shared ownership or new build unless specifically qualified.Requirements

Essential: Ability to manage a caseload independently, with minimal supervision
Desirable: Qualified (CLC, CILEx, or SRA)
Experience in handling sales and purchases confidently
Proactive and comfortable working in a small, collaborative environment
