Job role: Teaching assistant - secondary sector

Pay: £90 per day
Your role as a teaching assistant:
At term time teachers, we are looking for understanding and motivated teaching assistants to support a selection of admirable secondary schools across the Sevenoaks area as part of our agency team. This could be the position for you if you're new to teaching and looking to gain experience or if you're an experienced teaching assistant looking to start your next role. During this role you will be supporting teachers and helping students within their learning.
The ideal teaching assistant should possess:
- Strong communication skills
- Active listening skills
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- An understanding towards children
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
