Were looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join a small, dedicated kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with fresh food and gastro experience (ideally up to Rosette level) who is eager to continue developing their skills and progress within a supportive environment.

A background in fresh cooking with a strong understanding of seasonality and quality produce
Previous experience in a gastro-style or rosette-level kitchen is highly desirable
A friendly, approachable personality with the ability to work well within a small, close-knit team

Reliability, strong communication skills, and pride in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
