Your role
At term time teachers we are looking for an experienced Physics teacher to teach and inspire pupils in an exceptional science department in Sevenoaks. This is a great opportunity to inspire children and contribute to their academical progress within physics.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and mark work timely, producing relevant feedback to the children to support their academic progress.
- Teach science through a variety of creative lessons and practical's.
- Create awe and wonder in line with the physics curriculum.
- Monitor children's development and assess their ongoing progress.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching physics in UK secondary schools.
- Excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom control.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.
