As a High-Performance Vehicle Build Technician, you will play a vital role across the build, testing and development phases of this flagship vehicle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Full end-to-end vehicle build, including assembly of bespoke components
- Routine maintenance and preparation of development vehicles
- Removal, installation and alignment of major components including gearboxes, drivetrains and suspension
- Assisting engineers with setup changes, fine-tuning and troubleshooting
- Supporting the vehicle at test days and events, including trackside preparation and adjustments
- Managing car setup and set-down processes
- Keeping accurate documentation of part life cycles, maintenance records and build sheets
- Maintaining a safe, organised and high-standard workshop environment
- Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to provide hands-on feedback that supports ongoing development
We are looking for a candidate who can bring deep technical expertise and confidence to the role:
- Solid experience in high-performance vehicle engineering, build or development
- Strong understanding of performance vehicle systems and component integration
- Ability to work independently on complex builds
- Good working knowledge of mechanical systems, precision assembly, and diagnostic processes
- Fabrication or machining skills are advantageous but not essential
- Strong organisational skills and experience working with technical documentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
