- Working in an Aftersales team of 4, you will be primarily responsible for processing daily warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty submissions and approvals
- Submit claims and track progress regularly
- Investigate and resolve rejected or delayed claims
- Communicate with suppliers, customer and service teams
- 2+ years’ experience in a Customer Service or Aftersales role
- Confident using multiple internal systems
- Understanding of warranty, claims or aftersales processes
- Great communication skills
- Salary of £28,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm
