Head of Repairs (£75,000 - £80,000 per annum)

Knows what great repairs delivery looks like and how to get there

Can lead operational in house and contractor teams with clarity, energy, and purpose

Wants to make a visible difference to residents' experience every day

Can work collaboratively across departments to deliver a joined-up service
