Day-to-day of the role:- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Family Law team lawyers.
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
- Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and handle client communications, providing excellent service and support.
- Assist with file management, document filing, and compliance procedures to maintain high standards of legal service.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time.
- Proven experience as a legal secretary, specifically within family law.
- Excellent typing and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining professional client relationships.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring quality in all forms of communication and documentation.
