- Support the Senior Facilities Officer with general office and building support tasks.
- Restock supplies in offices and kitchen areas (manual handling required).
- Coordinate and track minor vehicle repairs for the organisation’s fleet.
- Deliver office supplies between multiple sites across Kent.
- Assist with parking enquiries and general front-of-house support.
- Provide administrative assistance using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of shared office spaces.
- Offer ad hoc support to facilities and reception teams as needed.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with manual handling and light physical tasks.
- Basic admin experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and reliable team player with a “can-do” attitude.
- Previous experience in housing, facilities support, or office operations.
