MEICA Site Manager

GRS are working on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor specialising in clean and wastewater infrastructure projects across the South East. We are seeking an experiencedMEICA Site Managerto oversee project execution, drive performance on-site, and support project delivery to strict timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Day-to-day management of MEICA works on active sites

  • Ensure health & safety compliance and adherence to CDM regulations

  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk management

  • Liaise with internal project teams, clients, and specialist subcontractors

  • Prepare progress and status reports for Contracts Manager

  • Coordinate MEICA activities in line with program milestones

Requirements:

• • Proven background in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) projects

  • Strong understanding of water sector infrastructure (clean/wastewater)

  • Experience with subcontractor coordination and performance oversight

  • Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS)

  • Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
