The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing medium to large construction projects across various sectors such as leisure, commercial, and healthcare.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
The position offers a temporary to permanent role with a salary range of £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience.
Candidates must hold CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications, and should be able to provide references.

Key Skills

Proven experience as a Site Manager onmedium to large sized construction projects in sectors mentioned above.
Strong leadership skills: ability to motivate teams, make decisions under pressure, keep high standards.
Proactive, hands-on mindset with excellent organisational and time management skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills; confident liaising with clients, consultants and varied stakeholders.
Solid grasp of health & safety regulations and environmental/sustainability best practice.
Strong problem-solver: able to anticipate issues and resolve them before escalation.
Competent in project documentation, reporting and cost control.
