Are you ready to take your administrative skills to the next level? Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Support Administrator to join their team! �?

Responsibilities:

  • Process, collate, and review data to ensure timely submission to clients for payment. ??
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation while promoting a safe working environment. ???
  • Review works information and provide feedback on errors and omissions to the external team.
  • Ensure all working documents are updated and corrected prior to submission.
  • Collate and review processed data for client submissions.
  • Cross-reference application data with works information in the management system. ??
  • Prepare final documents based on client requirements and stakeholder input.
  • Support Commercial Account Managers and the Commercial Director as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ??
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment. ??
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
