**Office Manager - Kent - Market Leading Company**

We are currently recruiting for a market leading business in one of the biggest growth sectors across the UK. We are currently supporting our client who are a market leading business who have major clients across a range of sectors including utilities, construction and civil engineering who are seeking an Office Manager with strong Excel and financial reporting skills.

This is working for a company who have gone through a lot of growth over the last 5 years, turnover around £100 million and looking for someone to help maintain and maintain this growth.

Role:

  • Cost management including analysing cost reports
  • Assist where required with any investigations / HR matters relating to any works under your control
  • Ensure every job has a PO raised
  • Compiling time sheets and values for Payroll
  • Checking cost elements
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Developing good working relationships Project Team and all stakeholders

Candidate:

  • Experience in an Office based or similar role
  • Strong/advanced skills to produce financial reports and be able to use vlook ups, formulas etc
  • Experience in financial management and cost control
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Must have a full UK driving license

Package:

  • Basic Salary: up to £36,000
  • Location: Kent - just outside of Maidstone (office-based role)
  • 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
