- Strategic leadership of Planning for quarrying, restoration, and redevelopment projects.
- Managing preparation and submission of Planning applications, EIAs, and Local Plan representations.
- Liaison with Planning Authorities, environmental regulators, consultants, Local Government, and community stakeholders to secure timely approvals.
- Overseeing external Planning and technical consultants when their involvement is required to ensure high-quality outputs and coordinated submissions.
- MRTPI (or equivalent) qualified Town Planner, and ideally a Subject-relevant first Degree.
- A proven track record of delivering complex mineral, waste, or land-based Planning permissions.
- An excellent understanding of the planning process, EIA regulations, and the Planning policy landscape across our region of South East England.
- Diplomatic and skilful stakeholder engagement, consultation, and navigating multi-agency approvals, plus strong report writing ability, project leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
