We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor for a client located in the Sevenoaks area.
The ideal candidate should have experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and be eager to progress in their career.
The role involves working mainly on new build residential projects with an average build value of approximately £2-3 million.
Candidates must have their own transport, previous residential new build experience, and relevant qualifications.
This is a temp-to-perm position with an initial 13-week period and an immediate start available.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL IDEALLY HAVE EXPERIENCE AS ANASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR AND LOOKING TO PROGRESS

MY CLIENT DEALS WITH MAINLY NEW BUILD RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS, AVERAGE BUILD VALUE APPROXIMATELY 2-3M

DUTIES WILL INVOLVE ESTIMATION, HELPING TO BUILD TENDER DOCUMENTS, PROCUREMENT ETC
