Caddy Group is recruiting foran ambitiousQuantity Surveyorto join their growing team. You'll be working closely with the Commercial team, supporting delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects, while building your own client relationships and taking increasing responsibility.
This is a hands-on role where you'll:
- Deliver projects from early feasibility to final account
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Tendering and Tender Management
- Payments and notices
- Liaise directly with clients, architects, and contractors
- Valuations and CVR's
- Gain cross-sector experience with excellent mentoring from industry leaders
