As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children in their educational journey, helping them to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with special educational needs in both 1:1 and group settings
  • Provide support with learning activities, helping students to understand and engage with the curriculum

  • Work closely with teachers and other school staff to create a positive learning atmosphere
  • Offer encouragement, patience, and empathy to help students feel supported and motivated
