Our client, well established travel business is looking for an advisor to join their successful team!
The role will entail:
- Consulting with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing personalised recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Researching and booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services to create comprehensive travel itineraries.
- Handling any changes or issues that may arise during the booking process or while clients are travelling.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any concerns effectively.
- Dealing with any relevant documentation.
The right person for this role will have:
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- The ability and desire to work in a fast paced role.
- A passion for travel and a desire to help others create unforgettable experiences.
- Experience within travel is preferred but not essential.
This a remote role but can be carried out in the office if preferred.
