The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Delivery Manager to oversee our repairs service across four sites. In this role, you will:
  • Manage all aspects of the repairs service, including out-of-hours support and subcontractor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee budgets, drive efficiencies, and proactively implement business improvements.
  • Monitor performance indicators, analyse trends, and take corrective action to enhance service delivery.
  • Create reports and present to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
  • Manage complex reactive repairs and voids maintenance.
  • Engage with customers transparently and drive improvements through strong stakeholder collaboration.
  • Undertake necessary training to become the Responsible Person for Legionella and asbestos compliance.
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Sound knowledge of repairs and maintenance services, relevant regulations, and British Standards.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in performance management, budget control, and service improvement.
  • Professional qualifications such as CIOB or RICS (desirable).
  • Extensive experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Health & Safety qualifications (NEBOSH/IOSH).
  • Expertise in permit-to-work and risk assessments.
