This is a hands-on role at the heart of the pub, where youll balance inspiring leadership with sharp operational skills. Youll work closely with the Chickpea Group team to deliver the best possible guest experience while driving growth and maintaining high standards.
This is more than just a GM role the successful candidate will sit on theChickpea Group Operations Board, contributing to the strategic direction of one of the South Wests most exciting and fast-growing hospitality groups.

Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a motivated front-of-house team.
- Deliver an exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgets, stock, and cost control.
- Work alongside the kitchen team to champion seasonal, local food.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Build strong connections with the Shaftesbury community and regular guests.
