The property team is structured with one Partner and nine Fee Earners, supported by two dedicated assistants. The most recent Partner was promoted just one year after becoming a Senior Associate, having been with the firm since qualifying. Hybrid working is available, with flexibility to work from home, though a preference is given to 3/4 days in the office to foster collaboration and team engagement.
Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, you will assist in managing a profitable caseload while delivering high-quality legal services. The role involves applying Solicitors Accounts Rules to financial matters, adhering to the firm's core risk management and quality systems, and ensuring files are well-ordered and compliant with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, keeping clients fully informed throughout their transactions, and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and third parties. Business development and networking are also key aspects of the role, contributing to the firms ongoing success.
