- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

You will work closely with the Head of Department to deliver high-quality legal advice and maintain a profitable caseload. The role also involves engaging in marketing and networking activities to promote the firm's services.Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX Lawyer, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to handle a varied and complex caseload independently
