Prospero Teaching is an education recruitment agency seeking patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to support students aged 16+ with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) in specialist educational settings across Shaftesbury. This role involves providing one-to-one and small group support, assisting with personal care, communication, and learning activities to help students achieve their individual goals in a safe and nurturing environment.

Experience, Training and Qualifications:
A degree is not essential
At least one year of experience working with young people or vulnerable adults
Up-to-date safeguarding training completed within the last year (we can provide this if needed)
Eligibility:
Right to work in the UK
An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
Ability to provide two professional references related to working with children or vulnerable adults
