Cabinet Maker

M4 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established bespoke furniture workshop in Pewsey, who are seeking skilled Cabinet Makers to support their team during a busy period. This short-term contract is ideal for experienced craftspersonlooking to work on high-quality, bespoke projects.

Contract Start Date: 15th December 2025

Hours: 45 hours per week (flexible start time of either 07:00 or 08:00)

Pay Rate: 15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Producing bespoke cabinets and furniture pieces from drawings and specifications

• Using workshop machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently

• Assembling, fitting, and finishing products to a high standard

• Working with solid wood, veneers, and panel materials

• Ensuring precise measurements and high-quality workmanship

• Keeping the workshop clean and organised

• Working collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Competence in using woodworking equipment and tools

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently within a team
