We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team full-time. This is a key role within the business, responsible for overseeing financial operations and managing payroll processes.
?? Key Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with HMRC regulations
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting
- Support audits and liaise with external accountants
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
This role will be a pivotal position within the business and therefore essential experience will include: Sage software exposure is essential and Payroll processing understanding.
