Mechanical Technician
Location: Sheerness
Hours: Full-time, 39-hour working week
Salary: Competitive + overtime + excellent benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Technician to join a growing team working on industry-leading driveline systems. This is a workshop-based role with occasional travel, offering the chance to work on a variety of equipment including transmissions, torque converters, axles, and associated driveline products.
The Role:
- Carry out repairs, overhauls, servicing, and maintenance on a range of driveline components.
- Work from technical documentation to ensure all work meets required standards.
- Occasionally travel to customer sites as required.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Recognised qualification or proven industry experience in mechanical engineering.
- Basic understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems (advantageous).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
