Reporting to the Finance Manager, duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing supplier invoices, ensuring they are authorised for payment.
- Dealing with queries.
- Developing and maintaining relations with suppliers and internal members of staff.
- Reconciling supplier statements.
- Processing payment runs.
- Supporting the finance team with month-end and year-end processes.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- You will be proactive, able to work on your initiative, prioritise your work and meet deadlines.
- IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Word are essential.
