As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be the face of our B2B sales operations - managing existing clients while actively seeking new opportunities. You'll be working with a collaborative team to deliver great service and ethical products that truly make a difference.
Role & Key responsibilities:
- Managing and growing your portfolio of client accounts
- Sourcing and securing new business within your assigned sector
- Representing the company at trade shows and networking events
- Working closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Exploring the best product options to meet client needs
- Upholding GDPR compliance in all communications
- Contributing to team success and supporting colleagues as needed
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a customer service or sales role
- A natural flair for relationship building
- Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
- Confidence to drive new business and explore new markets
- Interest in Fairtrade and sustainability
- Team spirit and the ability to multitask under pressure
