Your main responsibilities will include:
Create accurate technical drawings, specifications and construction details
Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants to deliver coordinated design solutions
Ensure all work aligns with current UK Building Regulations and best practices
Contribute to BIM workflows and project coordination
Liaise with clients, contractors and local authorities as necessary
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and technical standards
Experience across RIBA Stages 3-5
Excellent communication and time-management skills
