The Package
- Up to £28,000 basic salary per annum (DOE) + OTE up to £34,000 (based on completions)
- Discretionary company bonus
- Monday Friday 09:00 17:00+ 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 14:00 (with time off in lieu)
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Sales Negotiator role
- Work towards targets, driveperformance and exceed expectations
- Handle enquiries from vendors and purchasers, providing knowledgeable and attentive assistance
- Actively seek valuation opportunities and follow the necessary processes to secure appointments
- Conduct viewings in a professional, friendly, and proactive manner, ensuring all relevant information is effectively communicated
- Generate new business leads and actively prospect for potential clients
- Manage the sales progression process, ensuring smooth transitions for all parties involved
- Negotiate offers to maximise outcomes for clients
- Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and procedures
- Keep vendors updated on the progress of their property listings
- Gather and provide feedback from property viewings to enhance customer service
The Person
- Sales negotiation experience (essential)
- Articulate, confident, and personable, with excellent communication abilities
- Target-driven mindset, motivated to achieve and exceed goals
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
- Experience in exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
- Driving licence (desirable but not essential)
