Master Technician / Senior Diagnostic Technician - Lead the Diagnostic Team - Up to 49,500 (Mon-Fri Only, Weekend Overtime Available)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Master Technician / Senior Diagnostic Technician to take the lead within a growing diagnostic team in a forward-thinking, expanding business.

This isn't just another workshop role - it's a chance to step into a leadership position where your expertise will guide and support other technicians, while still allowing you to work hands-on with the latest diagnostics.

About the Role:

  • Take the lead within the diagnostic team

  • Carry out and oversee complex diagnostic work across multiple brands

  • Act as a mentor and technical reference point for other technicians

  • Ensure knowledge is shared openly across the workshop

  • Work in a large, well-organised environment with pre-planned jobs

  • Help shape the ongoing development of the diagnostic department

This role is ideal for a Master Technician or Senior Diagnostic Technician ready to step up, lead a skilled team, and influence the way diagnostic work is delivered. You'll enjoy the stability of a Monday-Friday working week, with optional overtime available at weekends.
