Sue Ross Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a charity based in Sheffield who are looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger Officer to assist them in covering an absence leave for 4 weeks, possibly longer. This is an office-based role and due to the duration only candidates experienced within the purchase ledger function will be considered for this role.
Working independently, daily duties and responsibilities for this role include;
- Bank reconciliations and transactions
- Managing purchase orders
- Processing employee expenses
- Producing invoices
- Supplier payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
Our client offer a really lovely work environment. You must be confident and proficient with all aspects of purchase ledger duties, and have prior experience with batch, code and input of purchase invoices onto the system, maintaining accurate and organised records of all purchase transactions.
