Stafforce Recruitment are currently recruiting Manufacturing Operatives on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Sheffield.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for long-term, stable work within a production environment, with full training provided and clear progression routes.

The Role:

  • Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing and production machinery (full training provided)
  • Carrying out machine changeovers, including material adjustments and process settings
  • Working to production targets while maintaining high quality standards
  • Completing routine quality checks in line with company procedures
  • Supporting general warehouse and production duties as required
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe working area
  • Reporting to a Shift Supervisor and working effectively as part of a small team
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency across the site

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
  • A reliable, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow processes accurately
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a manufacturing environment
