A student accommodation provider is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Operative for a temporary role lasting 2 to 3 weeks during the summer.
The position starts on June 28th and offers a pay rate of £14 per hour plus holiday pay, or £17.50 per hour through an umbrella company.
The role involves performing general repairs on various fixtures and fittings, including toilet flushes, taps, and lightbulbs.
No specific qualifications are required, but relevant experience is necessary, with qualifications considered a bonus.
The work schedule is from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday, for approximately 12 days.

Your new companyA student accommodation provider is looking for a Multiskilled Maintenance Operative to support them with some general repair works for a short term temporary basis (2/3 weeks) while the students are away over summer. Start date expected- 28th JuneRates:

£14ph plus holiday pay (£15.69ph PAYE premium)
£17.50ph Umbrella
